hey!! how do you feel about white people trying to integrate themselves into Korean society if they are living there? I lived in Uijeongbu for a few months with my 100% hangeuk friend and her family and they encouraged me to wear a hanbok for her nephew's first birthday. I felt like if would be rude to deny their request. I also spoke Korean there when I could bc Uujeongbu isn't as English-speaking as Seoul. How do you feel about white people participating in Korean traditions? gamsahamnida!!
White people participating in Korean traditions, if invited or accompanying Korean people, is fine. I never like it when crackers want to “integrate” themselves because generally it means white people want to do anything possible to seem “more Korean” and distance themselves from the transparent skinned fetus worms they really are.
A white person in Korean society is still a white person and will always be viewed as such by us.
This night I got to dress up like one of my favorite fellow Brooklyn queens, Cher Noble for an event full of Cher lookalikes. Extra hi-res photo included to show my natural beauty.
